The military is warning against any violations of the fishing ban near the border with Somalia. The Kenya Defence Forces say they have no option but to fire at vessels that defy orders to stop.But a group of fishermen now allege that some of their colleagues who are Kenyans have been killed in the operation.And as NTV’s Albert Gachiri reports, concerns are also being raised about members of Kenya’s Somali community being unfairly associated with the Al Shabaab.
