Can you fish without a fishing rod or net? Unless you have spent time with some native Alaskan Indians like I have and learned the secrets to the extreme Alaska fishing, then the answer is probably no. Here in Kodiak Alaska there are .7 Grizzly Bears per square mile.

Meet the fishing cat. This feline from Asia is a lesser cat that loves the water and will actually swim to catch its prey. Big Cat Rescue supports the “Way Kambas” park in Sumatra which saves habitat for the tiger, which also is where the fishing cat lives.
