although manufacturers (bar PENN it seems) have finally clued on, there are more
left-hand wind multipliers around, but they have lost potential of millions of $……..’s in the last 40 years

    sorry, but casting …
sorry, but casting principles and winding in, should not change with multiplier reel
I think people just accepted the idea that multipliers were right hand retrieve
-I have converted a lot of fishermen to
left hand, and they say their arms ache a lot less after an hours casting
I asked an ex-ABU employee who now services old Abu and Abu-Garcia reels, and he said right handed multipliers were an American idea everyone just copied-very few lefthand multis for sale
    in 60′s 70′s 80′s

    This is because of …
This is because of the posicion that 99 % of fishermen adopt whjen using a multiplier…that is opposite to the one used while using a fixed spool

  5. darkmossie633 says:

how come all the mitchell fixed-spool

-makes absolutely no sence to me?
